The GenScan predictive analysis may now be ordered using one of the following options:

Placing an order for a genscan product via the internet involves the following steps:

• First, you must register in our system. You may register by clicking on the icon REGISTRATION, which you will find in the left section of the monitor (in the registration window).
• Once you register, you will receive an e-mail in which you must click on the authorisation link, thus creating your personal profile.
• You may then log in using the e-mail and password that you entered previously.
• Choose the product that you wish to order and click on the icon “order product”.
• Please complete the order form.
• Once you send the form, payment must be made to the company account. Please pay attention to the variable symbol, as this is important for the identification of your order, payment and sample.
• Once payment for your order is received, you will receive a sample kit. You will take a swab from your oral cavity in accordance with the enclosed instructions and you will send the sample back in the enclosed envelope.
• Once the sample and final report are processed, you will receive the final report and analysis results by mail.

2) Via a GHC Genetics contractual physician
Placing an order for a genscan product via the GHC Genetics contractual physician involves the following steps:

• On our website, you will find a list of GHC Genetics contractual physicians, which also includes their office hours and contact numbers.
• You will make an appointment with the given physician by telephone. Only thus can you avoid waiting.
• During your visit to the contractual physician, you will have a swab taken and your order will be filled out. Therefore, do not order the analysis via the internet, as this will be done by your contractual physician.
• The analysis may be paid for directly during your visit, either in cash or by credit card. If you do not pay directly during your visit, the physician will hand over the order that will include information necessary for direct debiting.
• Once the analysis is paid for, the tests and analysis in the form of a final report are conducted.
• As soon as the report is compiled, we will inform you by e-mail that it has been sent to the contractual physician, and you may then make an appointment with him/her in order to receive the results of the analysis. The physician will hand over the results, comment and explain them and provide recommendations.
